Before
When they purchased their new home at Thistle Hill in Hinesburg, the room over the garage was unfinished.
I was the general contractor for this project and I hired several subcontractors.
- – Stephen Heller built their custom bar, the wrap around 12in cocktail bars and cabinets.
- – I hired Vermont Environmental Foam for the three variations of insulation.
- – T&M Electric for the outlets, wall mounted TV, lighting and surround sound.
- – Armand Bissonette did the heat install.
- – Floor install by Abbott Flooring.
I installed added framing, two custom faux beams, sheetrock of the ceiling and walls, wainscot, baseboard, trim and I painted the room.
