We deconstructed the closet and then reframed to add height and breadth to the small space.
We were able to insulate the new walls and accommodate a ceiling cooling unit to maintain the new wine room at the desired 50 degrees, and maintain the room size required for a fully functioning wine room.
I chose a company in Colorado to make the wine racks. The door I custom ordered from Marvin Windows and Doors.
We exceeded Leunig’s expectations by being able to store and display 650 bottles of wine beautifully.
